This role will partner with multiple business functions to support master data processes, data quality initiatives, system testing, and continuous process improvement in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain, and update financial master data within enterprise systemsSupport master data activities within test environments to facilitate system enhancements, projects, and user acceptance testingPerform periodic data reviews, audits, and cleansing activities to improve and maintain data quality and integrityMonitor, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests through a support queue in accordance with service level expectationsCollaborate with cross-functional business partners to support ongoing operational needs and changing business requirementsParticipate in project testing activities, including validating data configurations and business process functionalityDemonstrate flexibility in managing changing priorities and business demandsParticipate in AI learning initiatives and apply AI capabilities responsibly to drive continuous improvement and business valuePerform additional duties and special projects as neededQualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum of one year of professional work experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, PivotCharts, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data validation, formulas, reporting, and analysis of large datasetsExperience working with enterprise systems, data management processes, or business operations; SAP S/4HANA experience is preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and business process evaluation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business functionsDetail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and process complianceDemonstrated willingness and ability to learn and responsibly apply emerging technologies, including AI, to improve business processes and operational outcomesPosition is not eligible for sponsorship.
