The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial or residential waterproofing, caulking, sealants, and related construction work. This position requires working at various job sites throughout the Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland areas. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and working from scaffolding and at elevated heights. Responsibilities Perform waterproofing, caulking, sealing, and related construction work. Apply caulks, sealants, waterproofing materials, and other products according to project specifications. Prepare and clean surfaces prior to application. Work from scaffolding, lifts, and other elevated work areas. Follow all job-site safety procedures and company policies. Travel to job sites throughout DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Work safely and efficiently in outdoor conditions throughout the year. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties related to waterproofing and caulking as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Previous waterproofing, caulking, construction, or related experience preferred.
